STEPS

GOAL SETTING		Pre-analysis of the problem with the Team Leader (problem owner) and definition of goals for the Team



TEAM BOOSTER		The agenda of the Team Booster:

		Problem Definition, the Team Leader shares the problem with the team
		Exploration, generation of springboard ideas (through
		creative problem solving)
		Selection, choice of the most important ideas
		Development, work out of appropriate solutions
		Action Plan, definition of the next steps and ownership of actions



RESULT CHECK		Debrief with the Team Leader on results and team dynamics
