GOAL SETTING		Definition of Team Building objectives with the Team Leader
		On-demand support to prepare the Team Leader’s presentation



TEAM BUILDING		The agenda of the Team Building:
		Manager Inclusion, meaningful and authentic presentation of the Team Leader
		Team Inclusion, facilitating presentations for each team member with the Nonaka process (individual reflection, exchanging in couples and sharing in plenary)
		Exploration, analysis and sharing of individual needs and resources (through visual brainstorming)
		Integration, group construction of a Team agreement (mission of the group, rules and guidelines for success)



RESULT CHECK		Final debrief with the Team Leader on results and team dynamics
